Özet
Tevfîkin olmadığı yerde hızlân, hızlânın olmadığı yerde tevfîk vardır. Bu iki kelime biribirinin zıttıdır. Birisinin olduğu yerde diğeri olmaz. Karanlık ve aydınlık gibi. İki kelimede Kur'an'da kullanılmaktadır. Tevfîk'in neticesi başarı, hızlânın neticesi ise mağlubiyettir. Tevfîk'in ve hızlânın neticesi Allah'ın iradesine bağlıdır. Kişinin amelleri bunda etkili olmakla beraber son noktayı koyan Allah'tır. Tevfîk ve hızlân hem kâfir için hem de Müslüman için geçerlidir. Allah, her insan için çalıştığının karşılığını vermektedir. Fakat muvaffakiyeti vermesi veya hızlân da bırakması O'nun iradesinde olan bir durumdur. Yaptığımız işlerde Allah'ı devre dışı bırakmak aslında kendimizi devre dışı bırakmaktır. Çünkü işin neticesi O'nun elindedir. Dolayısıyla onu unutmak veya devre dışı bırakmamız durumunda işlerimizdeki netice mağlubiyettir. Çalışmak ve neticeyi ondan beklemenin nihayeti ise başarıdır, muvaffakiyettir.

Abstract
Where there is no speed, there is speed, where there is no speed. These two words are the opposite of each other. There is no place where there is someone. Like darkness and light. Two words are used in the Qur'an. The success of Tevfik is the success, the success of speed is the magic. The consequences of rapidity and speed are dependent on God's will. This is the one who puts the final point together with being effective in this. Success and speed are both for the saints and for the Muslims. God gives you the right to work for every human being. But it is a situation in His will to give success or lose speed. To disobey God in the works we do is to disarm ourselves. For the work of Him is in Him. So if we forget or disable it, the consequences in our business are misleading. The success of the work and conclusions you expect from him is a success.
