Özet
İnsanın ibadet etmekteki ana gayesi “Allah’ın emri olmasından” ötürüdür. Gerçek manada inanan bir kimse, bu niyet ve düşünce ile ibadetlerini eda eder. Duygu dünyasının ve niyetlerinin zuhur ettiği kalbinin merkezine herhangi bir dünyevî veya uhrevî faydayı yerleştirmez. Namaz, oruç, hac ve zekât gibi ibadetlerin yanı sıra diğer bütün ibadetlerde pek çok fayda ve hikmet bulunmaktadır. İnsan, her ne kadar sırf bu fayda ve hikmetlerden istifade etmek için ibadet etmese bile, bunlardan faydalanmasında bir sakınca yoktur. Aksine, bütün bu fayda ve hikmetleri de Yüce Allah’ın birer nimeti olarak görür, bunlara da ayrıca hamd ve şükürde bulunur. Netice olarak, hem ibadet sevabını elde eder hem de bu ibadetlerin sonucunda kavuştuğu faydalara şükrederek, bu şükür halini de bir nevi ibadete çevirmiş olur. Bu yönüyle ibadetler, başlangıcı ve neticesi itibariyle safi bir fayda ve hikmete medar faaliyetler bütünü olarak değerlendirilebilir. Bu nedenle ibadet, kişinin yaşamına değer katması noktasında, üzerinde durulması ve mahiyetinin iyice anlaşılması gereken önemli bir olgu olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır.

Abstract
The main purpose of man in worship is due to the fact that God is commanded. A person who believes in the true sense will do their worship with this intention and thought. He does not place any worldly or otherworldly benefit in the center of his heart, where the world of emotions and thoughts emerge. There are many benefits and wisdom in prayer, fasting, pilgrimage and zakat worship. Just like in other prayers. Even if one does not worship to benefit from these benefits and wisdom, there is no harm in taking advantage of them. On the contrary, he sees all these benefits and wisdom as the blessings of Almighty God and thanks to Him for this benefits. As a result, both the score of worship, and also thanks to the benefits gained as a result of these worshiping, this kind of praise is also converted into a form of worship. In this respect, worship can be regarded as a pure benefit and wisdom as a whole in terms of its beginning and consequence. For this reason, worship is an important fact that needs to be emphasized and its nature should be understood in terms of adding value to the life of the person.
