Özet
Dünyaya gönderilen ve Yüce yaratıcı tarafından belli bir amaç ve doğrultuda yaratılan insan elbetteki başıboş yaratılmamıştır. “İn-san, kendisinin başıboş bırakılacağını mı sanıyor?” (Kıyame: 75/36). Hz. Âdem (a.s.)’dan başlayan iyilik ve kötülük unsurları günümüze kadar süregelmiş ve kıyamete kadar da devam edecek-tir. İlahi hükme muhatap olupda itirazsız kabul eden peygamber-ler ve onların arkasından gelipte peygamberlerin davetine aynı şekilde “işittik ve itaat ettik” (Nur: 24/51) diyerek kabul edenler elbetteki nebiler ve resullerden sonra Allah (c.c.)’ın seçkin kulları olmuşlardır. Allah (c.c.)’ın hükümlerini ve resulünün sünnetini insanlara aktaran belli unsurlar vardır. İnsanların ilahi hükmü ka-tıksız ve sulandırılmamış bir şekilde almaları onların hem dün-yevi hemde uhrevi saadetleri için önemlidir. İlahi vahyi insanlara aktaran vasıtalar ne kadar sağlıklı ne kadar yaşamsal olarak vah-ye uygunsa aktarılan bilgilerin faydalı bir tepki alması da o oranda önemlidir. Allah (c.c.) ve Resulünden sonra insanlara ilahi kuralları aktaran “Ravi” kuralların uygulanma fetvasını veren “Müftü” ve Allah (c.c.)’ın hükmünü bildirip ve uygulayan yasama organı “Hâkim” (Kadı), ilahi vahyin sabit olmasına sebep olan ge-rekçe ise “Şahid” olarak ortaya çıkar.

Abstract

God and after the messenger of the divine rules that tell people “Narrative” the rules to be applied to a fatwa issued “Mufti” and God declare in the provision and implements the legislature “Jud-ge” (Muslim judge), the reason that the divine revelation is cons-tant “Witness” as it occurs.
