Özet
Bu çalışma, Müslüman kadın ile ilgili meseleleri incelemeyi hedeflemektedir. Bu yapılırken İslam’ın ortaya koyduğu epistemolojik paradigmanın bir parçası olan küllî kavramlara dayalı bir metodoloji ile İslam ümmetinin benzersiz kabul ettiği fikrî otoriteye riayet edilecektir.
Söz konusu kavramların başında müslümanların şiarı olan tevhid kavramı gelmektedir.
Bu kavram müslümanların düşünce tarzını şekillendirirDolayısıyla bu kavram da İslam’ın genel ilkeleri ile uyumlu bir şekilde kadınla ilgili meseleleri ele alma biçimini yansıtır. Sonuç olarak çalışma, İslam’ın kurucu kavramlarının Batılı kavramlardan daha farklı olduğu, dolayısıyla kadın ile ilgili meseleler ele alınırken farklı bir perspektiften değerlendirilmesi gerektiği neticesine ulaşmaktadır. Çalışmanın diğer bir neticesi ise kadın ile ilgili meseleler değerlendirilirken Ahlaki boyutun ve etki boyutunun untulmaması gerektiğidir.

Abstract
This paper discusses the importance of addressing the issues related to Muslim women in a manner that takes into account the unique reference that the Islamic Ummah (nation) upholds. An approach that needs to draw upon macro concepts-dependent-methodology; as such concepts constitute one of the most deeply-rooted and crucial pillars of the Islamic epistemological model, with the concept of Tawheed (unification or oneness of God) that characterizes the Islamic Ummah, standing at the top. A concept that goes beyond and is not limited to the outward disposition of Muslims. It rather goes into the depths of their thinking, reflecting a way in terms of which women's issues are approached in parallelism with the Islamic holistic outlook. The researcher concluded that the foundational Islamic concepts stand distinct from the Western concepts. Therefore, when it comes to discussing women's issues, it is important to uphold a methodology different from the materialistic Western man-made one. This is while bringing a value-based dimension into the discussion of studies dealing with women.
