Özet
Hiç şüphesiz kıraat ilmi yüce ve ehemmiyeti haiz bir ilimdir. Zira bu ilim, okunan ve duyulan kelâmın en yücesi (Kur’ân) ile ilgilidir. Müfessir, Muhaddis, Lüğavî, Nahvî vb. gibi şahısların hiç birisi, böyle bir ilimden imtina etmesi mümkün değildir, bunların her birisi de bu ilme ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Çünkü bütün bu ilimlerin kıraat ilmiyle sıkı sıkıya alakası mevcuttur. Böyle ehemmiyeti haiz bir ilime Müslüman alimler bigâne kalmamış, her devirde bütün zorluklara katlanarak bu ilme hizmet eden, İslâm kültüründe “er-Rihle fi talebi’l-ilm” şeklinde meşhur ve ilim için yolculuğa çıkma anlamına gelen faaliyetlere katlanan ve nihâyetinde telifler meydana getiren, mümtaz şahıslar olmuştur. Bu mümtaz şahıslardan birisi de ilim camiasında İbn Galbûn künyesi ile bilinen ve hicrî dördüncü yılda yaşamış, kısa adı et-Tezkira olan eserin sahibi alimdir. Bu kısa çalışmada söz konusu alim ve eseri veciz bir şekilde konu edinerek, ilim camiasına takdim edilecektir. Kıraat ilminin mihenk taşlarından olan Dânî gibi bir alime bile hocalık yapan İbn Galbûn gibi bir alimin hayatı, ilmi faaliyeti, eseri vs. gibi malumatlarının ilim camiası için önemli ve bir o kadar da faydalı olacağına ve özellikle Türkçe teliflerde konu ile ilgili detaylı bilginin kısıtlı olduğunu düşünerek de böyle bir çalışmanın uygun olacağına karar verilmiştir.

Abstract
Undoubtedly, the science of recitation is sublime and important. Because this science is related to the highest of the words read and heard (the Qur'an). Mufassir, Muhaddith, Lüghawi, Nahwi, etc. It is not possible for any of the people like you to abstain from such a science, and each of them needs it. Because all these sciences are closely related to the science of recitation. Muslim scholars did not remain ignorant of such an important science, they were distinguished individuals who served this science by enduring all difficulties in every era, who were famous in Islamic culture as “ar-Rihla fi talab al-ilm”, who endured activities that meant going on a journey for science and eventually created copyrights. has been. One of these distinguished persons is the scholar who is known in the scientific community by the title of Ibn Ghalboun and who lived in the fourth year of Hijri and whose short name is at-Tazkirah. In this short study, the scholar and work in question will be briefly discussed and presented to the scientific community. The life, scientific activity, work, etc. of a scholar like Ibn Ghalboun, who taught even a scholar like Dani, one of the touchstones of the science of recitation. It was decided that such a study would be appropriate, considering that information such as such would be important and useful for the scientific community, and that detailed information on the subject is limited especially in Turkish copyrights.
